If you provide your mobile phone number to a CSI Cargo Inc dispatcher, you may opt in to receive SMS messages by agreeing verbally (by phone or in person) or in writing (in the driver onboarding packet or load booking/rate confirmation). These messages are dispatch and load updates. SMS consent is optional and is not combined with other types of consent. See Section 6 for SMS program details.
This company will not share or sell the customer's consent for SMS messages and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes to any third parties under any circumstances.

5. Complaint privacy policy.
At CSI CARGO INC, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. You can submit a complaint via “Contact us” form. We collect only the information necessary to address and resolve it. This may include your name ,contact information, and details related to complaint. Only authorized personnel have access to complaint information, and we do not share it with third parties. Your complaint information is stored securely and retained only as long as we need to fulfill our obligations.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Program (CSI Cargo Inc Dispatch Updates)
Program description: CSI Cargo Inc sends text messages to drivers and customers about dispatch and transportation operations, such as load assignments, pickup and delivery updates, ETAs, delivery confirmations and account notifications. These are customer care and account notification messages. We do not send marketing messages.
How consent is collected: Drivers and customers give us their mobile number and agree, verbally or in writing, to receive text messages from CSI Cargo Inc during driver onboarding or load booking. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your loads and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to opt back in.

Privacy of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
